Natalia Castillo
President
As PSE Delta Lambda’s President, my responsibilities include overseeing chapter operations, delegating tasks, directing meetings, and managing risk to ensure compliance. I also work to foster member engagement by encouraging involvement at both the national and regional levels while serving as the primary liaison with PSE National Headquarters. My goal is to create meaningful opportunities that promote growth, connection, and leadership development for all members. This semester, I am especially excited to welcome our new members and watch them find their place within the PSE family.
Grace Goodwin
Vice President of Human Resources
As PSE Delta Lambda’s Vice President of Human Resources, my responsibilities include overseeing the recruitment and retention of members. I work closely with the executive board to facilitate successful recruitment sessions and ensure members remain engaged and enjoy their experience in PSE. My goal is to recruit strong new member classes and guide them through our six-week training program, providing the tools and knowledge they need to succeed. I also aim to create an environment where every member gains value from the organization and supports one another in their professional growth. This semester, I am especially excited for recruitment and to welcome our newest members to PSE.


Kristen Rembisz
Vice President of Marketing
As PSE Delta Lambda’s Vice President of Marketing, I lead marketing and sales projects that support the success of Pi Sigma Epsilon, collaborating with team members to develop strategies aligned with chapter goals. I manage projects from start to finish, ensuring both efficiency and smooth execution. My goal is to increase chapter funds through effective fundraising initiatives while also strengthening member engagement and participation. I strive to create opportunities that contribute to the chapter’s financial growth and overall involvement. Entering my final semester as an undergraduate, I am especially excited to welcome our new member class and organize events that foster meaningful connections between new members and current brothers, while continuing to support the chapter’s success.

Emily Schneider
Vice President of Public Relations
As PSE Delta Lambda’s Vice President of Public Relations, my responsibilities include informing students about what PSE has to offer and maintaining our online presence. My goal is to recruit new members through effective social media outreach while highlighting our exciting events, socials, and opportunities. This fall, I look forward to welcoming a strong class of new members and continuing to build on the incredible foundation of PSE.

Jake Landsman
Vice President of Finance
As PSE Delta Lambda’s Vice President of Finance, my responsibilities include managing the budget, collecting dues, and maintaining accurate financial records to ensure the chapter operates smoothly. My goal is to build long-term financial stability for the chapter, creating opportunities for future members to thrive. I am also excited for a fresh start this semester and look forward to meeting and working with all of the new members joining PSE.

Carina Kuznicki
Vice President of Administration
As PSE Delta Lambda’s Vice President of Administration, my responsibilities include managing attendance, communicating with nationals, and maintaining meeting logs. This semester, I am focused on not only welcoming our new members but also strengthening engagement among current members to help make PSE the best it can be. I am especially excited for recruitment and for the opportunity to be back on campus with everyone in PSE.

Sam Garcia
Vice President of Professional Development
As PSE Delta Lambda’s Vice President of Professional Development, my role centers on helping members prepare for long-term success. I organize speaker sessions and professional development events, and I also support the PMs in building personal brands that align with both FSU and PSE values. This semester, my goal is to coordinate at least one company tour while continuing to provide meaningful guidance to members as they explore potential career paths. I am especially looking forward to the case competitions and am excited to see the next generation of PSE leaders and talent grow throughout the semester.
